Happy Wednesday!! :) It has been bucketing down all day and because of that i was forced to take some pics inside against a boring white wall haha..anyway it meant i was a little warmer!! I had a flat out day at work and between dodging and cursing at the rain for frizzing my fringe i managed to find this gorgeous vintage lamp today :) i love it so much!! i have been looking for one for ages because i like to read in bed, and since im lazy ive hated having to get up and switch the light off when im finished..so yippee to not doing that anymore!!! i also found a gorgeous red hat which i will do a post with soon im sure :)

Im looking so so much to the weekend i have a date on friday night (thats right a date) haha with a lovely man and then bowling and beer with the girls on Saturday night :) what are all your plans for the weekend? i know its a little early to ask but im counting down the days :)

I found this cute little Picnic top while thrifting and as soon as i put it on the outfit ideas flowed i love mixing pastels with a pop of colour so because the top is a little short i thought my oversized red blazer was perfect!!! ahh i love winter just for the fact i can wear my blazers..

Now im off to make double choc chip cupcakes and listen to the rain xx

(Picnic top worn with Sportsgirl flower tights & socks, Brown Sachi boots & Vintage red blazer)

I love this! And the clock was a nice touch. It made me think, "what boring white wall?" :)

Excellent outfit. That top is gorgeous. The lamp looks fantastic. This weekend I have a half-housewarming to go to. It's only a half-house warming because we've already 'warmed' it once, but new people have moved in... basically just an excuse for a house party haha.
